If you need to change your order, please email us at info@studiowoof.com.au. We'll try our best to help you out!

If you require changes to your shipping address, contact us immediately, so we can check from our end. Unfortunately, once the order is processed we are no longer able to make any change to your address, and unable to re-route them once they are shipped.

If you ordered the wrong item(s), unfortunately once the order is confirmed, we're unable to change them. If the order is not yet processed we can cancel your order, and issue a refund. In this case, you're welcome to place a new order with the correct items / details.

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. This means you will receive real-time updates of your orders status direct to your nominated email at the time of checkout. Updates will occur once your parcel is in transit. If there are any problems please email us at info@studiowoof.com.au

In general, refunds and returns may be granted if the item is faulty or if the incorrect item is sent. Photo evidence is required to be provided when notifying us.

If you made an error with a purchase online, unfortunately we're unable to edit and update an existing order once it's been confirmed. Do contact us at info@studiowoof.com.au right away, and we'll help you out the best we can!

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email info@studiowoof.com.au ASAP. You should make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address. It will be out of our control once the order has been dispatched.

Our products are made from durable materials and are designed to last. That said, it is important to know that all products will be subject to wear and tear over time.

Gentle hand wash is recommended. Place the product into a bucket of warm water and lather a small amount of mild soap (avoid using harsh chemicals). Rinse with clean water until soapy water runs clear and simply lay the product flat to air dry. 

Please avoid exposing our products to high temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time to avoid damage or discolouration.

Yes, we ship globally. International orders are shipped via Australia Post International (with tracking service; shipping time 7-20 days).

Unfortunately we are not liable for any items that are affected by wear and tear, scratching or chewing.

We do not offer any repair service to damage caused by chewing, scratching or wear and tear.
